Sea Kayak Course L2
The course is intended for people with experience in sea kayaking who have passed L1. If you are an advanced rower with well-practiced, basic skills, this course is for you. It is designed to provide you with theory, group and individual coaching to help you develop and improve your rowing skills in windy, currents, rocky shores. You will be pushed out of your comfort zone with force 4 winds (20 - 28 km/h, 11 - 16 knots) and wave heights up to 1 meter. The Level 2 course is a full-day, two-day training. It reinforces and builds on the entry-level sea kayaking skills learned in Level 1. You will also learn how to rescue others - and how to be rescued - in deep water using the T/X-Rescue.
The courses are held in small groups with great attention to the participants.
