Late arrivals for a reserved appointment are at the expense of the card user

You can cancel an appointment via Viber and we would be grateful if you would inform us

Each started hour after the first is charged at 15 BGN per hour. For example: you have a reservation from 3pm to 4pm, but you continue to row until 4:30pm, then you pay 15 BGN
